2000First Real Estate BrokerageIn 2000, our CEO and Founder Christopher (Chris) Schlitz set out to open his first Real Estate Brokerage. He purchased a RE/MAX franchise in Wellington Fl. While the office was under construction, he was on a mission to get talented agents to join his new office. He recruited more agents than any other RE/MAX office had ever done in Florida prior to opening. Due to his outstanding success with recruiting, he was able to acquire a second franchise the following year in West Palm Beach.
2002 Prestigious HUSTLE AWARDIn 2002, he won the prestigious HUSTLE AWARD given by RE/MAX of Florida for his recruiting efforts.
2005Worked for a startup company in South FloridaAfter selling his franchises, he worked for a startup company in South Florida, Expert Realty. He was responsible for recruiting over 500 agents in the South Florida market, all while running the Real Estate operations of the company.
2007Director at Zip RealtyIn 2007, Chris was hired by the national brand of Zip Realty as Director in the Tampa area. Due to his significant rise in numbers, he soon was running Naples and Ft Meyers as well. After successfully fulfilling the companies goals, Chris was transferred to the East coast to run Miami, Ft Lauderdale, Palm Beach, and Port St Lucie. Chris recruited over 250 agents in Florida for Zip Realty, all while running the operations/sales division of the company.
